1:1 School RN | Central Line Experience Required

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified School Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional healthcare services to our students. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals while working within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct health screenings and assessments for students as required.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) for students with special health needs.
• Work 1:1 with students who need more specialized care 

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license 
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
